We understand that privacy matters deeply to our customers. All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no reference to the clinic name or product contents on the outside.
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment is verified, and a separate shipping confirmation with tracking details once dispatched.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad): 2–4 business days
- Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 3–6 business days
- Remote and rural areas: 5–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value. Free shipping may be offered on orders above a specified amount — check the website for current promotions.
4. Discreet Packaging
All parcels are shipped in plain brown or white boxes/envelopes. The sender's name on the label will be listed as "NKS Wellness" with no mention of the clinic's full name or the nature of the products inside. Your privacy is our priority.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also log in to your account on this website to view your order status.
6. Delivery Area
We currently ship across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
7. Failed or Undelivered Shipments
If a delivery attempt fails and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, please contact the courier directly using the tracking number provided.
8. Lost or Damaged in Transit
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos of the damage. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
