Cancellation & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, please read our policy below.
1. Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, contact us immediately at nakshtraclinic@gmail.com or call +91 7058658711 with your order number.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after receiving the product as per the policy below.
2. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be unused and in its original sealed packaging
- The product must not be tampered with, damaged, or used
- The original invoice/receipt must be provided
- The return request must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened or used wellness kits
- Products with broken seals or damaged packaging (unless damaged in transit)
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
- Products purchased on sale or with a discount code (unless defective)
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
5. How to Initiate a Return
- Email nakshtraclinic@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable
- Our team will review your request within 2 business days and provide return instructions
- Pack the product securely and ship it to our address using a trackable courier
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error
6. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method via Razorpay. Bank processing times may add an additional 3–5 business days.
